What Users Like The Most

  • Their tolerance level to make changes, even if it happened repeatedly and even for small ones.
  • Their animation video quality is excellent. They deliver always on time without fail and if we suggest changes, they do it promptly.
  • I liked their production process. They have clear stages. They always take my feedback, doing necessary changes before moving to the next stage. The project manager Nishita was always available for me and she always ensured that my thoughts and expectations are translated properly to the production team without any information loss in between. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process and the result shows it.

  • They could put in a little more effort to give the project a sense of personal touch with some good suggestions.
  • We had no issues ever in any area so no suggestions. Would recommend to just keep it up.
  • I think Nishita should get some sleep :) . Honestly they were high professional and it seemed to me that they were working 24/7. Maybe Nishita who was my project manager gave me that impression as she was always available for a quick feedback call or answering my queries.

Professional and Classy

I began working with Transpixel about 3 months ago. Their approach for project initiation was very professional. The requirement gathering was done precisely. Modeling what is there in a customers mind is a horrendous task, which they did with ease. Tolerance level towards making changes was very good and they catered to all my requests. Their team was constantly in touch with me in case they needed clarifications which made it very easy.

In the end, the intended video came out just as I expected and was appreciated by many.

I'm so happy to work with you guys! You have created an awesome video for our company that I really love! They started sketching the video from scratch. After I agreed on the sketching they started colouring the storyboard, then the animation. I was reviewing and suggesting editing back and forth! They were so helpful to fulfil my needs. They really helped me make my promotion video as I want and Like! The next video 100% they are gonna make it!
