ShipStation takes only a few minutes to process orders daily

Issue to upload tracking number on Rakuten website for more then 6 months.

It's been four months that I keep asking customer service to resolve the issue I have to upload the tracking number on the Rakuten website but no resolution. They keep telling me we are working on it. Customer service does not support phone call if you are not enterprise customer with them. My account manager decline to answer my email and phone call.

Rugged inventory tracking system
Review Summary
You can effectively organize and manage shipping and service from your e-commerce websites. Presence of a powerful feature to identify return customers. The search customer feature where you can search to field details of a customer is very robust as it reduces a lot of time. A huge volume of orders is processed with higher fulfillment times. Highly responsive customer service.
