Best Customer Service & Project delivery

We got an opportunity to partner with the osiz for a Gaming Project. By that, we has a limited budget, But Osiz gave us multiple choices that are right for our budget. They also met the quality that we expected. Project Management is the key highlight in our project journey.

Their Wonderful Design Team Created a Beautiful Website On Time

Hired them to build a website and their work was very good. They were able to build my website with a unique design in a timely manner. In some instances they were faster with their work than I could respond. Design team was definitely above average compared to others with I've worked with and was able to get the design to point within 2 revisions. Communication was very smooth. Would highly recommend.

The company was reliable, flexible, experienced. They were willing and ready to develop, adjust, improve any part in our system the way we wanted.

The company has done good job despite not meeting with us physically. They developed, improved, protected our system until when they handed over everything.
One key area they impressed was in Free maintenance before involving our technical team. They never complained but always created time out of their busy scheduled time table to come to our rescue whenever need arose.
The team also seemed to be well organized such that they coordinate both the front office and back office teams very well without conflicting interests.
The team is connected to a team of almost all kind of experience needed such that every task is tackled by specialists who ensure quality experience is employed rather than those full stack devs.
We look forward to rollout phase 2 development with this team sooner.

Describe your project in brief

The project was to be developed in 90 days however stretched to 120days which was still okay. The good news is that it was complete and we were able to verify all aspects. The team helped us in free maintenance to stabilize the system until we were fully ascertain that it was right time to incorporate our technical team.
Our system also conformed to a percentage we can rate at 80%. Of course based on the dynamics in software industry no system can be 100% perfect but regular advancements would keep improving it.
We only finished phase 1 hence warming up for phase 2 before moving to phase 3 and consequently phase 4.
If nothing doubtful pop up, we will continue working with them in our subsequent phases.
We appreciate their promise and delivery.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Reliability-Anytime we needed developers to add or avert any urgency, they were always available of course during working hours.

Experience-They understood what we wanted and even added us more ideas

Honesty and integrity-We never had any doubt from development company and their programmers.

How they develop and test the conformity of the system with clients was good and time saving.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Time they took to develop overstretched beyond their quote which made testing time and delivery delayed a little bit.

Cost of monthly hiring was too high especially for a start up project locking us out from hiring them for system maintenance

Not advising start up company on which companies offer more affordable or free email, server or bulk SMS or short code services
