We loved their "be our partner" attitude, compared to the standard client-vendor relationship. They immersed themselves into our project and it felt like they were part of our team. Apart from that - good business sense, vast tech knowledge and simply nice guys to spend time with.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

More upfront planning would be great but the project was so complex and still-evolving that this flexibility was in fact good.
