  • As for areas of improvement, we really didn’t have any major concerns.
  • The only minor downside would be the learning curve for the more advanced features. While the basic features are easy to grasp, it took a little time to fully get the hang of some of the more complex integrations
  • One minor drawback is the initial setup process, which took a bit longer than expected to fully customize the chatbot for our specific needs. The learning curve was a bit tedious, but once we got everything set up, the platform worked like a charm.

The existing applications were transitioned from another contractor to Sobot over a period of 2 months of co-development. The first month was primarily knowledge transfer followed by Sobot taking the lead on development with previous development team acting as reviewers. This made for a smooth transition. When a call comes in, the caller leaves a voicemail, and then we forward it to Sobot with instructions on how to respond to the caller. Generally, we ask Sobot to do a 10-min phone intake or ask them to assist clients with filling out appointment request forms to help us gather information.

This helps reduce the number of calls and time our in-house administrative assistant spends on client support so she can work on other tasks.

We're very happy and satisfied with how everything has turned out and with the whole Sobot team

We've had a few timeframe hiccups throughout the project, but we've also been changing requirements and dealing with those changes. As for budget management, sobot has stuck perfectly to their quoted budget. Whenever there are overages or cost differences, they take care of those differences themselves. This approach has been great and alleviates the stress of wondering what's going to happen. We use Zoom, Slack, and email to communicate, as well as Jira and Confluence for project planning.
We've achieved great results that we're very happy with, which is the reason we now have an ongoing relationship with sobot. If their work weren't good, we wouldn't have continued the engagement. However, it has made sense to continue working with them from a business standpoint, and we're happily working together. They like our team, and we love their team, too.
