Good experience working with Grovention

Before our first sprint meeting, Grovention inspected our website and prepared a list of technical issues that needed attention for revamping it, focusing on user-friendly and mobile-responsive features. While the website was in development mode, they conducted thorough research to identify the audience, plan appropriate SEO strategies, and consider other metrics required to improve our online presence.

Further, they also did on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, and content adjustments, to enhance search engine visibility and closely monitored performance by tracking it through analytics tools.

Our top priority was revamping our website, and the Grovention team did an excellent job helping us achieve our goal. They provided us with some wireframes, designed graphic elements, and helped us switch our old website content to WordPress.

During the development phase, they collaborated with us and created beautiful, insightful web pages showcasing our services and solutions.

Initially it took time to describe our concept as we had no idea about the technical specifications for the website. We just shared put the idea on the plate. Their analysis team took the idea and sculptured it into a beautiful demo to get visual experience of our future website. We provided all the raw pictures of our photos which they edited and made it look genuine in the website.

As our business was intended to have no third-party person interference during the deal between the company and customers, the primary headache was about how to deal with queries that the users generally ask brokers. To make it digital, they used the AI concept to prepare a chatbot with some FAQs which we provided them.
The development phase went successful with functionality testing of different web pages. The final frame is under testing process and soon will go live. They are now working on keywords, to begin with, digital marketing activities.

It was amazing working again with Grovention and getting our things done perfectly.

We wanted to launch a website that can be accessed quickly, is user-friendly, and is secure for online transactions. First, they shared the wireframe with full navigation and explained it over skype. In the next step, they designed all the website pages, uploaded the product images, added content, and developed the complete website.

After every milestone, they shared the progress with me for my review. In the initial meeting, they specified a timeline, and it was followed throughout the project. For communication, we used Slack, Skype, and sometimes, Webex too.

We have already spent time with them in our previous project. This time we didn't interfere much with their work. We just checked the reports after every milestone, and the major part that involved us was deciding the mockups and design. Rest we didn't bother them much. We knew they would achieve everything that they had promised us.

Grovention maintains their standard of working and the quality of services.

We explained to them the whole idea of our project and our expectations from the website. They first sent us the mockups, and later, when we all agreed on them, they started working on the design part of the website. Everything has been smooth till now, and soon, the website will be live for our customers. It was a great feeling working with them.

We, at The Creative Stand, produce creative Ads for sales promotion of our clientâ€™s products and create campaigns for public engagement socially. The main goal of our project is to connect with new online customers and provide a medium for our existing customers to use our services more widely.

It is amazing working with the innovative and creative team of Grovention

We had a kickoff meeting with Grovention where we asked them on designing category-wise web pages for our sports products with a smoother page experience. For this project, the technical resources included the Shopify platform to provide e-commerce facilities to our customers. They also used Node.js for site development and MySQL for e-commerce and user data storage. We provided all the images and content copies to them that we were seeking to place on the web pages. As we had numerous products placed under different categories, it was a challenge to design a mobile-first website with minimal page loading time.

From the recent progress meeting, we realized that all sorts of testing had been covered. As soon as the site will be live, we will be starting on working the second phase of the project which includes social brand awareness and other digital marketing activities.

We are a sports equipment business. DewShine brings enthralling sports equipment for sportspersons and athletes to move up to the next level. Our ardent design experts always push their skills to create innovative products for the sports community. Using this project, we will be able to escalate our business brand from local to multi-regional level and connect to various communities and potential prospects to fulfill sales objectives.

They maintain a balance in speaking and listening during the discussion sessions.

Entire crew was downwards and take client's opinions respectfully by appreciating it.

Nothing to share rather looking to maintain the same density in mutual bonding for effective project accomplishment.

Grovention is a digital growth agency that helps clients build a web presence and market it to the target audience. At Grovention, I am involved in end-to-end strategies and operations management for clients and in-house projects.

What is the story behind starting this company?

We have been in the digital industry for over a decade and have observed that most agencies in India do not offer quality services to clients. Grovention is our thought to deliver the best quality and uncompromised services for web design and digital marketing. With core team members having over a decade of experience in UI/UX design, digital marketing, consultation, and business analysis, we founded the company.

What are your company's business model–in-house team or third-party vendors/ outsourcing?

At Grovention, we have in-house teams for all our offered services. We don't work on the model of generating business and getting it done by external resources. Though we engage with external consultants on strategy and architecture discussions to get input from their expertise, ensuring we are delivering the best solutions to clients.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

We work to deliver growth to our customers. With a vision of metamorphosis, we help clients transform into beautiful butterflies from caterpillars. Our team works on planned strategies and roadmap, but we are always open to running the extra mile to ensure the growth is delivered to clients.

We have catered to various business verticals with e-commerce and lead gen goals. Some include luxury, clothing, beauty, fashion, health, corporates, manufacturing, personal coach, software, real estate, and events.

The majority of our services are on a monthly recurring model, and the average duration of customer engagement with us is over ten months, which is terrific. Over the past years, two out of ten customers have returned to Grovention for our services after engaging with other agencies or trying in-house teams.

Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?

Clients generally approach us to build or re-design their websites and make their digital presence profitable. The services majorly in demand include UI/UX design, website design, and SEO. Other services that clients frequently ask for include SEM and web development.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer's needs and requirements?

We have over 98% of customers satisfied with our services. Our ratings over the web platforms prove it.

We focus on communication and work with an ever-evolving agile approach keeping our customers at the center of all the strategies and developments. We stay transparent with our clients and consult them based on our experience and data.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

At Grovention, we assign a project manager who remains the contact point for every client's needs. We have an average two-hour response time for any query raised by our clients and a twelve-hour action time for issues. We use Skype and Microsoft Teams for project management and quick communications, and these tools work perfectly for our workflow.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

The payment structure depends on multiple factors. If it is a small job involving design and development, we work with a 50:50 payment plan where the customer pays 50% advance and 50% before delivery. We plan milestones and bill customers against each for more extensive design and development projects. On the other hand, if it is a marketing effort with monthly recurring engagement, we bill them at the end of the month.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

Yes, we take in projects with minimal profit while dealing with self-funded start-ups, as they generally don't have the budget and resources. We do it to build customer trust initially and later scale project and retention fees as we help them drive more revenue. The minimum we charge for UI/X, web design, or monthly marketing retention is $1k.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?

Our smallest job last year was a real estate website design for $800. The same year's biggest project was digital growth for a clothing e-commerce business with over $18,000 in our revenue.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

We have had our foundation right and are moving in the right direction of our branding. Over the next ten years, we see Grovention as the leading growth marketing agency, having a 150+ headcount and a portfolio with successful brands and start-ups.
